Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items such as opened supplements, personal care items, or hygiene products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
