Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain items such as opened supplements, personal care items, or hygiene products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
